Nice service but just one teller work. Regoins Bank or US Bank is much much better than Bank of America. I want to move to them.
Had to do a name change and needed to schedule an appointment. Scheduled the appointment and as I'm waiting I was not acknowledged instead the lady walks over to the next office to do a possible interview for a customer who just moved here. So I left since I obviously was not going to be seen anytime soon since they wanted to chitchat like I had all day to sit and wait. There was no point in making an appointment if that's going to happen. Also the lines were long and moving extremely slow.
Me and my kids have already enjoyed getting lollipops from the teller and now they have stopped giving them out. Some even had dog treats. It's the little things that matter BOA.
6 people in line and one teller. 3 employees standing around talking. The teller working is super nice and provides excellent customer service but the branch as a whole has terrible service.
Just bad service I've been with them since 1994 and I'm done with them.
