Normally I go to a different salon, but they recently closed down. The guy asked me where I went before and if I ever had an ombre. I showed him a picture and then he started bashing the place I went before saying they did everything wrong, even though what they had done was 100 times better than what he had done.
This is the nicest nail place that I have found. We came in around 7:00 and we just got nails done but they were not pushy and did what we wanted. They were accepting of my baby since I had to bring her with me. I will probably go back when I need too!
I honestly wish I could give this place less than 1 star because it's one of the worst places I've been.
This place is outrageously expensive for such bad quality nails and horrible service.
I went in for a full set. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait and I ended up waiting for an hour. Once I was in the chair, I told the guy I just wanted all pink on my nails, which he then basically forced an ombre on me. Not only does the ombre look horrible, my nails are paper thin and the top coat is already peeling off. I asked him to make my nails thicker multiple times, but he just ignored me. It's been about 4 hours since I left. He was very pushy and rough on my fingers. It felt like he was going to break my finger when he was buffing them before applying the top coat.
My first time here and no complaints. They were great. Ken did my nails and I have nothing that needed to be fixed. Definitely my new go to naik shop. Great Atmosphere! Thank you Ken
I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.
Update: It has been 5 days since I got my nails done and ALL of my nails have lifted almost completely off. The only reason they are still attached to my real nail is because the tips are glued to my real nail.
Will never go back after the way I was treated yesterday. The nail tech was rude, condescending and wanted to charge me more money after having my polish redone 2 times due to the nail tech not polishing my nails correctly. My pedicure was great but fill in was a complete mess. My nails are still messed up and the issue was never resolved. Like I said....I will never go back.
I had a fill with shellac, they were very nice at first. My polish started chipping off the sane day. I went back to be treated poorly and told I didn't hold my fingers under the light correctly. Now 3 days later the polish is chipping again. I would not recommend.
