This place is a nightmare. NEVER take your vehicle here. Employees are extremely rude too. You can't do worse by just going somewhere else. They are never in a hurry to help you. Just avoid this place.
I have been calling this store for 4 days straight, because I ordered something online. It should've been there Tuesday, but it also says still processing. Today is Friday. I live about 30 mins from the store, and I would hate to go there and my order not be in yet. I have called multiple departments, and still no answer. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Can I give a no star? I had a sales rep. mock my 5 year old when he said... Excuse me...she literally laughed and him and disregarded him so he said it again. She continues to laugh and then said "is excuse me your favorite word". He became embarrassed and I was so ticked off that we walked out right out. I will not buy a refrigerator or the dishwasher I need feom there. I will go somewhere that treats my entire family with respect.
If there was less than one star I would use it. Delivery was a nightmare. They outsource all of their customer service for deliveries in the U.S. to the Philippines. You can not call and talk to someone in America about your delivery or coordination. Their logistics system for delivery is piss poor.
Do not get your car worked on at Sears Auto. Go down the street to the good old boys at Mr. Tire and the Coop. They'll actually fix it for a reasonable price. Never get a sears card, i use to work here so trust me..
