It's extremely inconvenient to drive 40 minutes to a walk in clinic that doesn't accept walk in patients. Being told I can "walk-in" to make an appointment is a complete waste of my time. It even says on your doors walk-ins welcome! Your terminology really needs to be changed. If I wanted to schedule an appointment I would've called my primary care provider.
We waited all day for our 6:30pm appointment and then an additional 45 min to be told this.
If I could give this clinic and it's physician at the time no stars i would. Absolutely no professionals at all. Me and my husband just waited 45 minutes to get seen and be told that they did not take his insurance.
