Not A Big Fan Of That GameStop Store
Promised to hold a item for me. When I got there they had sold it. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told there is nothing that will be done about it. They ended up selling me another item in its place which did not work when I got it home. I called the customer support line and asked that the district manager call me back.
Staff is great & helpful. Prices are competitive with Wally World.
I was shopping online earlier today and added $500 of PS4 stuff. I added the Shipping and billing info and decided to call 1 more game stop to see if they had the same offer. I was luckily connected with Sarah who after only a few seconds determined I added the wrong PS4 to my cart which saved me not only 500 dollars but a lot of headache. She was extremely fast and helpful. I will be shopping at that location from now on.
