I get to travel a lot for work which allows me to drop in quite often to various boxes. These guys at Crossfit SolaFide not only got back to me in a very timely manner but welcomed me into their community with open arms! I had the chance to meet Tony, Nicole, Liz, and Silvia who are all very knowledgeable coaches and know how to motivate you to your own ability. In the short time I was there I really felt that I made some lasting friendships and I'd recommend them to anyone who's just dropping in or thinking about staying in Clarksville for awhile!!
Not a typical elitist Crossfit gym. Down to earth people who care about your health and fitness.
Dropped in for a WOD while I was in town for work. When I contacted them, they were very prompt getting back to me and had a very reasonable drop in price. When I got there, the owner was very polite, introduced me to the coaches and got my crossfit background. The people and the WOD were awesome and they let me stick around to get some additional work in after the WOD. It was exactly what I always hope to find when I drop in at a Box.
The gym is a little bit small, but not overly crowded. The personnel that work there are really pleasant and were eager to help me get my son signed up! He is taking the Human Movement (parkour-ish) class, and both of the instructors are really knowledgeable! Great gym!
