Best price and practice. Dr. Givens is great. Low tech and old school. It's what u get for $55-$65 eye exam. Glasses department is very helpful too.
I broke my glasses, I called and they got me in asap. like seriously 15 mins later I was in their office. Dr, is straight to the point with explain what he's doing and what the equipment he is using does. EXTREMELY THOROUGH which I feel is only necessary. A decent selection of frames. I have to have titanium frames due to being allergic to other metals. The desk lady was also extremely nice. I will definitely return.
Doc and staff are VERY nice and do their job VERY well. I felt welcomed and comfortable, even with my crappy insurance. I'll be using this facility from now on.
Best price in town, their process is confusing though and equipment is outdated. I have had a difficult time getting my prescription in hand for both my contacts and my glasses, when they did give one of them to me I could read his hand writing and had to drive back across town to got get it because she couldn't find me in the system. Front desk lady is rude and abrasive, I always dread calling for anything. Overall if I had optical insurance probably not where I would go.
The prescriptions where spot on and the Dr was very patient with my young children, one has Autism and I was very impressed with the Dr. my husband was worried because of the older style equipment so we paid $120 per child at Anither clinic where the kids didn't get the same level of treatment and had pictures of there eyes taken. We came out with the same exact prescriptions.
