Back in December of 2016, we spent countless hours searching for the exact rings that we wanted, driving from store to store to city to city. After finding the dream ring, we were told 6 months later that the lifetime warranty we purchased was no longer available with one of the rings we purchased because they were discontinuing use of that vendor. My only options were to return the ring or select from the other rings they had. That is why I am writing this review. I was given piss poor options on something that I can legally fight them for, being said warranty, and win without a doubt. After paying the 27$ dollars of shipping it back to them, I simply asked if I could have that reimbursed, as it wasn't my fault this incident happened and it shouldn't cost me a penny. I have yet to receive a call from the manager. And to top it off, every time I called I had to deal with the sales associate who sold it to me, so I would have to wait for her to call us back every time she wasn't there when we called. Like why not just deal with this yourself, whomever manages this store? I honestly don't care about the shipping, it's just an ethical issue that I believe the company should look into. I will never shop here again nor will I recommend this company to anyone, ever.
Amazing jewelers with excellent quality and a great insurance policy you can't find other places. I have a custom wedding ring from here and absolutely love it. I only give it 3 stars instead of 5 because there is one employee here I absolutely dread seeing in the store. It's so bad I cross my fingers she isn't in there every time I have to go in for something. She's a small blond woman with a heavy accent and every time I go in there she is OUTRAGEOUSLY pushy. Telling me what I want or I what I should buy and if I tell her I want to look around instead of getting what she's offering right away she makes me feel so awful that I feel like I need to be sneaky about going into other jewelers so she doesn't see me. It makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable when she's there. However, everyone else there is super sweet and helpful and this is still by far my favorite jewelry store.
My review is purely for the management staff at this store and any of their superiors. It is not directed towards any of the associates who have to follow such a poor example of leadership.
Also she insisted I only size my ring up a certain amount when it was so tight it was making me bleed to wear it. I told her this and what size I wanted it. She refused to size it up that far insisting she new best. I explained to her I had to take my ring off several times a day to wash my hands because of the baby and that if I didn't soap got stuck under it and burned my finger and that it was so tight it was painful to remove. She still refused insisting it should be sized different. I got it back at the size she picked and it was still way too small and had to size it again.
My wife and I love this place! Monet is awesome. She was kind to offer to clean our wedding rings and talk about watches. BreeAnnah and LIndsay helped us pick out Christmas gifts at a very good price. We are very satisfied with all the staff. They don't pressure to make a purchase. They are informative and kind. more then 5 stars!
My husband and I only deal with Brittani, she is amazing! We get a lot of my jewelry here and they have the best warranties. If u are looking for nice jewelry ask for Brittani she will help you any way she can, and she is really friendly.
I rarely write reviews...My husband and I had an awesome experience and we got the best warranty of life!! My husband got me something exceptional and unique for our anniversary. I've never seen anyone else with it and it didn't cost my husband his arm and leg! Lol Initially we worked with a saleswoman that was good, but she handed us over to the manager Jeff and he was GREAT! I was impressed with the excellent customer service we received from Jeff. He wasn't pushy and let us take our time, also worked with our budget! Great staff...the best warranty EVER! I don't have to come in every 6 months for an inspection like with all the other big jewelry store chains out there. It definitely was the full package experience!!!
