The facility was nice and clean and had a great ambience. I had a massage and facial and the staff were lovely towards me. Can't wait to go back again!!
The first time I went to this Spa I had a wonderful massage. The second time I went to this Spa I had a different therapist. I had asked for a Hot Rock massage which is what she gave me, however I'd neglected to tell her that I carry all my tension in my back. While doing her job she tried to get a knot out that was just not going to budge. Me being me didn't open my mouth and tell her to stop. I just decided I wasn't going to go back. My husband didn't know this a purchase me a gift certificate so when I went in this time, I had the same therapist and I explained what happened. Come to find out she has the same problem I do and if I'd opened my mouth I would have been a lot happier. To go to the spa don't expect them to be mind readers and you'll have a wonderful time. It's clean, the people are lovely and you won't be disappointed.
