Secure and convenient location. Facility is clean and staff is pleasurable enough. Downside: gate codes can be finicky and I've had to go in to get help because my code wasnt working 2 different times. It wasn't too much trouble since thankfully the office happened to be open.
Clean and seems secure! I stopped by Wednesday for information and returned Friday to set up my storage unit. Both visits the people working were knowledgeable and very courteous. They showed me around and expand how everything worked from security, maintance, pest control, and payments. The place seems secure and safe. The climate control units hallways and units are very clean.
If I could give this rating zero stars I would. I consider myself a relatively reasonable and reliable customer, but I have had ZERO positive experiences with this location. We have used the Clarksville location for over a year now and I have rarely been able to get in contact with the workers at their physical location, my calls always get transferred to their call center and they have rarely made an effort to contact me back. We have also set up automatic payments with them MULTIPLE times, yet they claim we have not set up auto payments and then proceed to charge us with late fees. I am so frustrated with this location, and I am ready to be out of their hands for good.
I had great service with everyone here. They made sure I had everything I needed and were very friendly. I'd use them again if I need a storage room.
