Don't Go! Amateur Groomers who have been grooming for under a year not well certified, just on a computer. salon manager can't even groom a Yorkie! and they over charge you. Got charged $77.00 for a Yorkie! Just a heads up!
Way overpriced birds!!! Like it just ridiculous. I seen a quaker for about 100-400 value being sold for over $1300 and that's just one bird. Every other one of them is the same category for the most part. Some fish are compared in price to local fish stores which is decent but you can order anything in that store online for much cheaper! The convenience is what you playing an extra 200% - 1000% difference for. But the employees are usually nice but understaffed like he'll. I had to wait 30 minutes just for an employee pull one out of the tank for me and then I had to wait in the line to purchase. Once I got to the cashier he told me he was the only one on shift while over 30 customers are in the store...??!
Such a nice and clean location! Very impressed! Loved that they had shelter kitties available for adoption!
They nearly killed my bulldog during a routine nail trim. He fell off the table and was left hanging. His poor tongue was sticking out of his mouth and he was gasping for air once he was down. Fortunately I didn't leave the outside of grooming and was able to get him out in time. I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't been there. First and last time at Petco for grooming. I actually haven't returned as a customer either as I can't support a business that has such ill trained employees and no response from management or corporate regarding this incident. My dog suffered a bruised trachea as a result of this incident. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ok so I'm 14 and I'm a reptile breeder myself I've raised them and held them I was hoping I could come and take a look maybe even purchase a baby gecko to live a healthy happy life to give to my friend as a gift. And I ask nicely to hold and look at some of them. Literally they said I needed to be 18! Are you kidding me. Some of you may disagree, but literally what am I gonna do to the little baby. I probably won't be coming back. That literally made me mad and very upset.
