We received great care here. Our cat was sick and we got a last minute appointment. They were great, answered all our questions and got us the medications out kitty needed, without unnecessary testing or added on expenses. We will be back
Love Banfield! They have always been so good to my dog and I. They genuinely care about my pup's health and have a great healthcare plan for him to make sure he gets the shots and medications he needs. I have saved a lot of money at this place and the care has been great. The staff members are always kind and ensure that we are satisfied with their care.
This place sucks! Don't waste your money here! I got the plan for my puppy in San Antonio, TX and they were amazing there! Here they are always putting you on hold when you just call. It takes at least 4 calls to get in for an appointment and they always want to charge you for extra things. I pay $42 a month and they are so unprofessional and can never get an appointment. I finally got an appointment today after being stuck in traffic for 30 minutes and they would not take me in because I was a few minutes late! Seriously!? I planned my day around my dogs appointment all day for you to tell me sorry have to keep the vets on schedule for lunch. This month is my last paying for the program they offer and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! They are trying to push my appointment around because they know they got all the money they already needed from me! Customer service sucks! Vets are decent!
Dog with Banfield tags found, they would not take the dog, animal control had closed, and they would not give owners info. But hey was acceptable to give my number to the owner WITHOUT my permission.
Definitely a thumbs up! I like their Wellness Plans that make it easier for me to remember when Panda needs to go to the vet for her vaccines and other blood tests. The doctors can get really busy but they are always knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Panda loves them too!
