Staff is polite and friendly. Was able to borrow a couple of hand tools to replace a sensor that made my turbo inoperable during a road trip. Thank you ladies at Advance Auto. You rock!
Old lady was kinda sarcastic and didn't seem like she wanted to help, had to ask a guy to help me because she was just marking up my key fob not knowing what she was doing with the attitude of " if i break it sorry i'm not responsible" bad mindset for an autoparts store
They where very helpful. I had no clue what was wrong with my car and the older guy looked at it. He told me i needed a new belt so i bought one. He even printed out a picture of how it goes on
Girl behind the counter had no idea. Manager told me "With all due respect I dont think you have any idea what you're doing" lol. I'll stick to Auto Zone.
A decent auto parts store. A little dissapointed in the staff... A friend and I were here, and clearly needed to ask a question and they stood in the back for over 5 min... we left for another store.
