The district manager needs to call me asap before a huge lawsuit is put into stone! Its been months now and haven't heard a word ! U cant drop someone's vehicle on the frame and throw it under the rug
Worst place to get your vehicle serviced or to buy tires. If you like a place that is understaffed and poor customer service, this place is for you! Thought I would give it another chance today, no kidding it went just the way I thought it would! 6:30 and nobody in the store, but they are too busy to patch a tire.
Cheaper than Firestone. But SLOOOOW.......

Not the best places to receive service, the only reason I say that is the customer service you receive, the older gentleman I dealt with was very helpful but at two occasions the lady at the register is very dry and seems to always be in a bad mood ( as if she hates her job ) , if you own a Chrysler they do not have the attachments to remove your tires ( I was told Chrysler has a special attachment to remove tires) I don't know how much truth there is to that but I thought it's worth mentioning.
Don’t plan on running in and dropping off your vehicle, signing contract, and being out of there in less than 45 minutes!
Their work may be great, but they lost my business by making me stand for 35 minutes before anyone asked if they could help me! There was one lady ahead of me. That's all. JUST ONE, and she was being waited on when I came in. She was the one who told me that the work was great but customer service was so slow, I should be prepared to wait for awhile!
