Since my review was removed from Facebook I feel the need that my experience be shared to any person considering this location. My family spoke with and met with an agent at this location to switch our home owners insurance. This person will remain nameless since it obviously made them sad inside that I mentioned them by name on my previous review. This agent told us they would take care of everything and we should be expecting our new policy to start within a month. A month and a half later we get a letter saying our policy will be canceled due to non payment. I contacted the office and was told by the same agent that he had not in fact took care of everything. He had encountered an issue with our lender and that we would have to make all of the arrangements. I received this letter with less than 5 days to make all of the required arrangements. On top of all of this that agent gave me bad information on how to go about switching and I had to contact another location to speak with a competent agent who was actually very helpful (Madison Street). During all of this the agent at the Lowe's Drive location never contacted us to report the issue. More than a month and a half had elapsed and yet I never heard from him until I called regarding the letter about our policy being cancelled. We even ran into each other in town previously and not a word was said about the supposed HUGE issues he ran into that he could not or would not fix as he had promised. I should have known to walk away initially when I practically had to beg the agent to come out to our home to take the required photos. We ended up letting the policy cancel out and stayed with our current policy holder. If this is how we get treated with this small of an issue I don't want to see what happens when I actually have to make a claim. It was petty of whoever had my review removed from Facebook. I could've cursed or be nasty but I laid the facts as they happened out in my review so it would be known how you EARNED a 1 star review.
