Cliff and his staff are always helpful and have done a great job for us! We have both our homeowners and auto insurance through his office and wouldn't have it any other way. It's nice to know that you can call them for advice in any situation and they'll always be available and helpful.
Horrible customer service. Our monthly payment was withdrawn from the wrong account, and instead of looking into it or asking follow up questions to determine the bigger issue, we were told the best option is to cancel our policy to get a refund. Extremely disappointed. She also told us to never make changes online, to always call and do it over the phone. What's the purpose of having an online account if I can't make changes and expect them to be done correctly there? Spoke with Trisha at the local office. (We spoke with Kayla up until this point who was WONDERFUL, but horrible experience since.)
