I patronize this location once or twice a month, a lot by my standards. The reason I do is simple, consistently high standards in both food and service. On this particular occasion I was taking advantage of the BOGO being offered for Veterans Day, so needless to say the place was packed. Despite being so busy, the staff that night worked very efficiently and remained very friendly and cool. Food was available and prepared to the standard expected from Chipotle. There’s just no replacement for excellent customer service, and it was on full display the night of 7 November. Good food will ensure that I do occasionally visit, but consistently excellent customer service ensures that the frequency of my visits remains high. Thanks for providing great service and food to our community. Now, if we could just do something about the horrible traffic pattern and parking around the restaurant!
Normally I have great experiences here. The lines are typically long but move quickly. This last time food tasted sub par and our orders had to be repeated multiple times. This was not during a busy time.
Not sure who pissed off Hayllie today, but man was she not in a mood to help out a customer with stuffy ears. I am very sorry I asked you to repeat yourself, perhaps I should clean my ears better before coming during your shift. Otherwise, great food and great service so as long as you're not interrupting Hayllies conversation and asking her to repeat herself.
I actually love Chipotle, just not fond of this location. I only go because it's close to my house. I just went and they were out of corn salsa, hours before they're supposed to close. (This is really a big disappointment for me because the corn is my favorite part of the bowl). However I still got the bowl because it was basically finished. I've been to Chipotle's where they run out of things and they are usually apologetic and compensate in some way.... NOT here. The cashier was even rude and basically threw my bag at me.
People there were great to us.they catered Christmas dinner.food was excellent.they pack everything you need and price was very reasonable.you gotta try it
