I will never purchase from this store and company again.
I purchased a pair of shoes from Champs and decided to return them for a refund. I returned the shoes only to find out that Champs charged my bank for the shoes and didn't issue a refund. So not only did this company get the shoes back, they also got the amount twice. I called and spoke to the manager at the store only to be told there was nothing he could do. I even shared with him that I had all the bank paperwork from my bank stating exactly what I had told him and I would bring him everything
