They are about the worst company I have ever dealt with, don't get anything done in a timely manner and the work and ship is shabby at best. They can't even replace a back door, 2 days and it's not dirty me. And they don't have a clue what they are doing, water shedding the vinyl they never heard of. A 10 year old could have done a better job. I wish I could post pictures on here.
I setup a time for them to come out to look at a project. They rescheduled once, then called stating they had to have a different time which I told them to call me 30 minutes prior and I would be available at their convenient time. They never called back. They also told me they have a "rule" that both husband and wife must be there for them to be able to make an appointment. I am not buying a car, home or timeshare.....so don't try and sell like that. I will move on with a more professional company that wants my business.
We have had four major remodel projects and they were all excellent. These are great guys to work with! Extremely professional!
Kitchen redone satisfactorily with flooring damaged. Cabinets beautiful but roughly installed. Glad to see them leave. They offered to reinstall flooring and I could not stand the thought.
Merrill recently finished our basement. Everything was fine, but several days later as I was playing a movie I realized that the surround sound was missing. I called Merrell and was told that someone would get back to me, which they did more quickly than I had hoped. I really thought there might be a problem in reconnecting my rear speakers but Gage got it fixed in no time. With a smile I might add. Would I recommend Merrell again? You betcha!!
