Went to pool and spa depot in Clarksville. The sales men there named Eric is wonderful he was there through the hole process. Even after it was set up I called and he told me how to pull the water sample correctly so I would get a good reading. I'm very happy with the pool and the services that they provide.
Pool and Spa Depot is the best place to go if you need a new hot tub! We were not ready to buy last year but they had a great sale this month and let us try out a few tubs to see what we liked best. We got a Jacuzzi 375 and it is worth every penny! Thanks again Troy and Jason for helping us out! You guys are awesome
Pool and spa depot in Clarksville is the biggest joke ever! Will never purchase anything from them again. Installation was a joke as well as customer service following it. Called and said cover was in and low and behold....they don't even have the cover to fit it. We are so over them. The installer put sand under the filter and pump and of course rain washed it out and now it is leaning causing it to leak. Of course we had to fix that since they won't answer the phone or return calls. Never again!
