Worst experience ever! Wifi was spratic, door froze closed and the one maid was extremely rude and did not clean our room at all. The heated pool could have been much warmer along with the room that it's in
Entered room it had a smell. Walked through room noticed pee drop on toilet seat, microwave dirty, fridge dirty and had mildew/mold, tv had hand print, noticed 2 pillow had dirt on it. It's obvious they didn't clean room.
Check out day I wake up and notice a bug on my pillow. It looks like a bed bug, Eeek!
Told manager about it. He said he will get it checked out and let me know what they find out. Didn't hear from him, called and left message with front desk..... Still nothing.

I have stayed here several times with my family and we had a very nice experience every time. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and indoor pool. The kids really enjoyed that. Would recommend this place to anyone. Defintely will stay here anytime i need a room in clarksville.
I called front desk and they offered me another room. They made me look at it first. Yup it was the same thing, DIRTY!!!!!!!! Yes I could of just checked out and get another hotel. But I didn't I decided to just stay in my original room. I did get a new pillow case.
So yes its been more then a month since I checked out. Thought I should share me experience.
We went to the swimming pool. They had a couple bugs in it. I did grab the net and scoop them out. Notice there is more bugs coming from filter. When in pool you can tell they haven't clean it in awhile.
Rooms were in the process of being painted which should now be complete but they were clean and serviceable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast in the morning is alright if you like biscuits and gravy and cold cereal.
When we got to our room, it was dirty. There was toothpaste in the sink, the counter had soap and toothpaste on it. Couldn't see the mirror because it was so dirty. We pulled back the sheets and 1 bed had soiled sheets. I went to front desk and the manager came back to check it out and gave us another room. I thought it was okay but than I noticed there was a mess going down side of toilet. I used their white rag and cleaned the mirror, sink and toilet. Should have went back to front desk. We stayed there in May and had no problems. Will not go back!
