Loved the hotel. Friendly staff. Room adecuate for price. Plenty of space. Breakfast suficient and coffee all day.
Finally, when we left, I forgot my ring on the tv stand. I called less than an hour after we left and asked them to hold it for me. They said it wasn't where I very specifically told them it would be. I asked them to call me if it came up and was told the rooms were already cleaned (what are the odds?) and that it wouldn't show up. So I asked if it was possible that the house cleaner had it, and he raised his voice at me and blamed me for my not having it.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. If I could give 0 stars, I would. But the post requires at least 1 star.
The most luxurious inn that's not a franchise that I have ever seen(I go traveling a lot so therefore I've been to a lot of hotels and inns)
Very rude management staff! Horrible customer service . Manager told me all rooms were booked and then turn right around in front of me and checked in another guest who clearly had not made a reservation! I have stayed here in the past and my stay was fine but also never encountered these two men before while staying at this hotel! I checked in on 11-22 which check out should have been 11-23 they banged on my door and were very rude waking me up out of my sleep yelling at me saying my check out was today and "you can come down stairs and I will show you!" I wasn't going to argue but what I will say I am very disappointed and will never stay here again and I will never recommend this place to anyone!
after nine hotels saying they're booked, this inn we found is affordable and luxurious for an inn.Outside it has a kidney shaped pool.and inside is very nice with the pillows arranged neatly,to the cleanliness of the room,to the ready towels for your convenience in the bathroom and The no smoking policy so your kids(if u have)or your lungs(hopefully u have)can breathe happily
Remember it's an INN not a Hotel .

Then the photos look really nice. But our rooms had mold and cobwebs in them and the bathroom had hair in the shower. Also, my sister woke up with a tick on her.
Nasty rooms and terrible service? I will never stay there again, and I will warn everybody I can against the place.
I called and said I needed 2 rooms with 2 beds each because we'd have 2 people sleeping in each bed. I reserved it this way, and was told it'd be fine. When we arrived, they charged us more because of the number of people we had. They knew when we paid in advance.
