Several paved pit areas. 1/8th mile strip at about 382 feet above sea level. The track doesn't hook hard, but I just started, and need to keep adjusting my suspension to the track. Most people run the right lane.
I love this place. It's fun to race and watch the other racers if yout just there to kill time. For those of you complaining about the noise why didn't you look around to make sure you didn't live next to a race track? If you're stupid enough to rent or buy next to a race track if you don't like the noise or what ever it's your own damn fault.
I attended the circus October 9, 2017 and the conditions that we had to endure were horrid. Now, understand, that they had to set up on the outside tarmac because the inside dirt track was too muddy for use. So, being squeezed into a tight space is NOT my complaint. The condition of the bleachers where people were forced to sit is my complaint. The bleachers were covered in loose red dirt. This could have easily been removed with a water hose, but was left for hundreds of patrons to sit on for a 2 hour show. I found this not only appalling for them to do this to me, as a consumer. But, it was frankly embarrassing to think that this is the image the CIRCUS will have of the people in Clarksville, TN, that we don't even have enough pride to clean the seats prior to a show. Shame on you Clarksville Speedway.
Several times now their website has stated that certain events were being held at certain times, yet I show up only to be told, “we’re not doing that today.” Specific events are auto cross and drag racing. Today was the last time I will ever attempt to go to an event here.
My kids loved the lights! I have 4 children 3 and under, and one has a sensory issue and even he enjoyed the light show. We love that you can listen to Christmas music as you drive along and all the different displays were amazing. Will definitely be back next year!
