This place is a disgrace . One of the worst bus stations I have gone too. Avoid of you can.
Also, take a look at all the complaints, do you notice a trend? Most of the folks complaining will say at some point “ pay more and fly..” well no duh slick, why would anyone in there right mind (I’m not included due to I love comedy) ride a form of transportation that was once used to haul the circus around the country?
People had complained before about outdoor seating, they also have indoor. Hard to spot from the road but I had read about it and knew to look for it in a gas station.window ticketed was quick and helpful.
Come on people if your riding the bus anywhere further than Nashville, there is a problem. I say to you all PLEASE keep riding and PLEASE keep posting, I love it and I KNOW that greyhound loves it as well!!!!

Put my girlfriend on a bus last Monday in Nashville TN destination San Antonio Texas 20hours later. She was not on bus upon its arrival. She has vanished and nobody at Greyhound can tell me nothing. I am sure that there is cameras at each station and that they count the vacant seats. It has been 11 days now and I have not heard from her nor the people who were there to pick her up. So I give this uncaring bus company a negative 5 and people traveling with this uncaring bus company named Greyhound beware cause your loved one could be next!
I will never travel by Greyhound Bus ever again. I traveled from Clarksville, TN to Atlanta, GA on a trip through hell. Every stop was met with delays including bus driver changes where the designated bus driver either showed up to work late or not at all. An hour from Atlanta, our bus broke down near an exit on the side of the highway. We sat on the bus for almost six hours, the driver refused to let anyone off and,kept telling us a mechanic was on the way. Other passengers ended up calling the police. After six hours, the driver admitted help wasn't coming. My husband drive four hours to pick me up. To make matters worse, my baggage was stuck under the bus because the door wouldn't work. I eventually made it to Atlanta, but Greyhound sent my luggage to Tampa, FL! Take my advice, pay a little extra and fly...it's worth avoiding the hassle and waste of time traveling by Grayhound.
Heck yeah!!!! 5 fat stars for what you ask? Well it’s easy, entertaining me while I ride lol!! Nothing is more funny than watching people blow a gasket when an overworked, unpaid and most time hungover driver cusses them out and tell them what they will and won’t do on his or HER bus.
