Worst communication. How are people suppose to move in when no one answers calls or returns voice mails for uuummm.... 3 months now. I've left over 10 voicemails and talked with the secretary ONCE just for her to say she'll call me back, claim to even write a note reminding her, and no one called me the next morning or has returned my voicemails since......... pathetic excuse of staff in the office.
Very helpful with us moving at last minute. Every complaint we have had has been fixed immediately! Very impressed with them!
Great place to live! With great management and atmosphere
Good cheap first place to live, but cannot wait to move out. I've had multiple maintanence issues since moving in. First our AC went out and it was hotter than hades, and it took them three days to even come by. Next my sink backed up with HOT oily dirty water to the point of overflowing on our floors and me having to empty pot-fulls on pot-fulls of water outside to prevent it from overflowing. Took them OVER a week trying to fix it before they finally called RotoRouter or whatever. Our maintanence staff left a huge chemical stain on our floor. Also had a single bathroom, so, one toilet. It wouldn't refill properly thus creating issues flushing it... And again it's been almost a week since my initial request, except this time no one has been by yet so now I'm putting in another call. Fed up. Again, good first apartment, it IS cheap to live here, but I personally had an awful time with maintanence and rude neighbors that the staff did hardly anything to fix. I would not recommend to my friends. Keep in mind people, I'm really really not high maintanence at all....
I love living here but when i moved in their were a few things they failed to fix before moving us in. And they do a very poor job of taking care of complaints about neighbors. Ive filled out a report twice and nothing has been done about it yet and its been going on for over two months now
