Brian Anderson personified the type of Ford representative that Jenkins and Wynne should encourage all to be. Brian is professional, personable, courteous, and a straight shooter. He will not lead you on or try and sell you a vehicle that is out of your reach. Brian listens to you and is genuinely interested in getting you the car that you want at a price that you can afford. Working with Brian has been the best experience purchasing a vehicle that I have had in my 42 years as a licensed driver.

I did some online research trying to find the specific vehicle I wanted but seemed to not find anything so I decided to head down to Jenkins & Wynne just to see what they had. Within the first minute of driving through their lot I found the exact vehicle I was looking for about the price I was expecting. Bryan Thomas met me out front and answered all my initial questions. He acknowledged this was the vehicle I wanted and didn't try to push any other vehicles on me. He immediately asked if I would like a test drive and had everything ready to go in a few minutes. During the drive he explained every feature of the vehicle like he owned one himself, something that all the other dealers I've talked to haven't done. I asked him a tough question about the vehicle I knew he wouldn't know and he instantly used his online resources and gave me the answer. He gave me some rough numbers that were within my predetermined budget which really helped in my decision process. Bryan doesn't try to sell you something you don't want for a price you don't want and was with me every step of the way. Even after I purchased my new vehicle, I bring my other vehicles up to be serviced and Bryan stops by the service department for a few minutes to say hi and visit. He made sure my family was taken care of during the longer processes of paperwork and exceeded expectations in keeping the buying process as quick and easy as possible. Also, thank's to the Jenkins & Wynne financing staff for getting the paperwork through fast and making all the number's match what I needed. The best car buying experience I've had so far after many years and several vehicles. They are well above the dealerships in the surrounding area and have the best selection on Fords.

Having to deal with dealerships is very tiring and it just takes time. We stopped by at Jenkins and Wynne and initially started with a Dodge Ram truck. My husband went and looked for someone to let him test drive it. Mr. Bryan Thomas helped him and was very informative of the vechile he was test driving. I wasn’t sold on it and my husband wasn’t going to buy something one of us didn’t like. We left and Mr. Thomas never pressured us to go back or anything, which we like. We went back and finally my husband saw a F-150 King Ranch with extremely little miles and fully loaded. We feel in love and started paperwork. I will admit that it took a while but Mr. Thomas made sure we were comfortable and showed us around. He also made sure our 2 year old was comfortable and happy. Loved the service we received. My husband is very happy to finally have his truck. Thank you Mr. Thomas!
went in for an oil change and the rotation... called by service agent with a recommended service of $1600. Seriously... took it elsewhere and had those specific "problems" checked... they weren't really problems after all. This place used to be honest downtown... now, I guess they need to pay for their $25M new lots! I'm done... honesty goes a long way, guys.
