The service department has done nothing but find ways to blame my wife for causing the battery to lose its charge. An open door, light left on, etc. Right. Because year old batteries die all the sudden even when the car's been driven, started, and shut down throughout the day.

Bought a 2017 Forester here last August. Spent 2-3 weeks without it due to a bad transmission. Next was an electrical issue that kept windows and lift gate from working. Recently left my wife stranded while picking out daughter up from school when it wouldn't start.

We had a great experience with Tim, our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He didn't push anything on us, but showed us all our options and the pros and cons of each based on what we needed for our family. They were great on negotiating price and we left feeling good about the price we settled on. We also spoke with the manager and he was very friendly and gave us a lot of honest information regarding their warranty. It also helps they were family friendly. We brought our toddler and everyone was friendly to her, they had little snacks and waters to help entertain her, and a toy center. I would definitely recommend Tim and Wyatt Johnson Subaru.

If your looking to get yourself a car ask for Deryk Sumner and he will take good care you! I had an amazing experience working with him to get into mine and I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. Very good service here and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to you and your team Deryk!

Don't bother getting a front end alignment here. They will not have it aligned when they hand you back your car keys. Even coming back later that day so they could fix their own alignment on my car and they still didn't align the steering/wheels.

Purchased our first Subaru today! It was a great experience, from our initial contact with Ken and Mike A. to our finance process with Danielle. Ken and Mike were both knowledgeable of the cars we looked at (Forester and Outback), patient as we took our time figuring out what we liked pointing out features of both and helped us work a great purchase price. Danielle presented us with various finance options allowing us to figure out what best suited us. Positive experience all the way around. Will be repeat customers. Thanks guys!
