The car buying experience was wonderful. I found just the truck I wanted. Everyone was friendly and very very helpful.

My only concern is an error that I made. The trade-in value for my previous truck was $700. After going home and talking to my sister-in-law who is in dire need of Transportation I decided I would rather have paid the $700 and kept the truck for her. I discuss this with several people at the dealership . Although they were very helpful the bottom line was that my truck had been sold and was out of state and nothing else could be done. I drove to the parking lot behind the dealership and there was my truck. I assume the paperwork had been done with the truck but it had not been shipped. white with the three cars and my truck was still there. I wish the powers of Toyota could have been able to rescind my trade-in and allowed me to keep my truck. I realize this would’ve been ,as we say in the military, over and above the call of duty but alas ,it did not happen. Still I am very happy with my truck and I will use the dealership again.

That facility itself was excellent and clean. There are plenty of vehicle to choose from, as well if they didn’t have what you were looking for they would go out of their way to find it. The staff is extremely friendly and patient. Along with this I want to say that Zack Sanders was one of the most friendly and awsome car dealers I have ever worked with. He went out of his way to run around and find a vehicle of my choice. I spent no more than maybe an hour in total at the dealership. He also got us a great deal on our trade in and the car we purchased. I recommend Zach in high regards, especially if you are military. Along with Zach, Kenny is the most professional financial liaison I’ve had the pleasure to work with. He went out of his way calling all his contacts to tell them to ensure my interest rate was lest than 2%. With in 20 minus minutes he had the Toyota corporation approve this request. Over all extremely satisfied and pleased with the overall experience. I highly recommend these two as a team, even more so for military personnel. Thank you Zach and Kenny for everything y’all did for me I am a satisfied costumer and I will always wave four finger instead of one when driving by. Respect to our fellow veterans!

Other than this I had a good experience. I would recommend this dealer for basic Toyotas that are on the lot but for special ordering a buyer may want to try a bigger dealer like Nashville or Atlanta that is used to ordering cars from the manufacturer.

I just bought my brand new RAV4 and I must say that the customer service was AMAZING! Zach Sanders made everything go smooth and was so helpful! Any questions I asked Zach was able to answer right away. I appreciate the fact that he was VERY knowledgeable! Very good guy and very personable! Made me and my husband feel so welcomed and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place and Zach! I’ll definitely be spreading the word of the great customer service! Thanks Zach!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I can't thank Zack Sanders enough for all his help with my car purchase. Very professional & thoughtful salesman. He eased every bit of anxiety about purchasing a vehicle. The whole process was quick and painless right down to financing. I highly recommend Zack & the rest of the staff at Wyatt Johnson Toyota to all my friends for vehicle purchases.

Danny and Jonathan went out of their way to help me special order a car. They were both very nice and easy to talk to. It took about 4 months to come in, which was longer then the projected 8-12 weeks I was told. However I assume that is not within their control and as soon as it arrived I was notified.

The car was supposed to be a 2018 model and I was told it was (right up until I signed the papers) and it was actually my insurance agent that told me the VIN number was for a 2017 model. So it is my understanding I paid for the 2018 price but it actually ended up being the 2017 model I got. The 2018 was not being made yet apparently, but if they had told me at ordering time I may have waited a few more months for the newer model.
