Me and my wife drove all the way down from New Orleans to get a vehicle and the experience was stellar! All of the Salesman were great! Adam, Richard, Jason and the female from Finance named Brandi were amazing! The drive from from and back to the Big Easy was well worth it! I went into Wyatt Johnson looking at the 2015 Ford Focus ST. The price they told me was 21k and some change then brought it down to 20k cause it had a cracked front bumper and scraped marks making it seem like I’m getting a good deal with a 12% interest rate also stating it was some type of stage 2 ST. Called my sister and she told me to go to navy federal instead. The employee there mike told me not to that they were going to give me a way higher interest rate, swore up and down on it. Later that day I looked online and the car was priced for 19k on their website and was not a stage two, it was the base model, therefore they lied. I looked online and there was other Ford Focus ST around that area priced for 16k, 17k, 18k with lesser miles and some were a year newer, thats when they hit me with that stage two nonsense. I called Wyatt and they said they sometimes update the pricing online at 8pm. Well when I checked it, I checked it at 7pm. I asked mike how many times they were going to run my credit and he stated once, that was a lie cause I checked my credit report two days later and they ran it five times, brought my score down tremendously. The way mike texted me was very unprofessional and rude when I was trying to explain what I had saw and heard, if I could post pictures of the text messages I would. So the very next day I went to Gary Matthews on riverside and they worked with me, put me in a used Audi with extremely low miles, lower than the Ford for lesser price, 5% interest rate with no money down. I don’t recommend Wyatt Johnson to anybody, especially a soldier who is a first time buyer. If I could put no stars I would.
