This is our new hotel chain. I actually hoping to buy stock. This hotel stay was a very positive experience from the front desk check in to the choice of the bed spread. I dislike the bed spreads that are too hot to use so they end up on the floor. BW uses a good weight for covers. Pillows are also non-allergenic which is a big plus. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was done well. And finally, the price was very good...lower than other hotels in the same area with the same or less amenities.
This hotel is convenient. The rooms need better soundproofing. We could hear the people talking in the rooms next door. We could hear people walking in the hallways and the doors don't close lightly- they slam! It was very hard to get any sleep. The staff was very nice and the room was clean
We loved this Hotel. We will most definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable and the room was big. The breakfast buffet had everything we like to eat. Friendly and well knowledge staff.
Great place to stay; not to far from Fort Campbell. Clean, beautifully decorated. Staff very courteous and helpful. Great breakfast.
Beautiful property. The staff were very friendly. Comfy beds and great breakfast. After checking out my daughter noticed she left her purse in the room. We called and the young lady at the desk immediately went and got purse and called us back less than 7 minutes. OUTSTANDING!!!. THANK YOU. I will definitely stay here again.
