Not a good place to raise kids although near the best schools in clarksville. Too many shootouts, drugs, fights, and cops. Crime has gotten so bad there that the city put a police station at the apartments. You hear a police siren or ambulance every other night and crazy people shoot guns into the air. A bullet landed on a little girl and she was rushed to the hospital. It is like living in Liberty city in GTA IV. No joke, dead serious.
The manager is a dumb ass and she marches around like it's the Trump Towers or something. People are outside shooting dice and selling drugs but she chooses to worry about stupid stuff like trash and visitors. Somebody needs to fire her old, senile ass.
It just not somewhere i want to live anymore. If i could id break my lease in a hearbeat. I do not want to bring my child here when he is born. Its scary, my apartment always smells like wiid from someone on my building and i dont like it. There have been rapes, break-ins and shooting. Not safe.
This area is shady and unsafe; I wouldn' t trust it, especially if you have little ones!
