We rented a house for 2 years in Clarksville with Berkshire Hathaway. We were rushed to find a home, and picked a house that fit our needs. My only problem was that the power was off and it was dirtier than I expected once we got the power up. BUT Mike got permission for us to paint the downstairs and had me fill out the move in packet very thoroughly. During our time there if we had an issue ie. fridge, plumbing, etc...I could call or send a message online and they responded asap. Once I had a plumber in just a few hours. They were great with our communication and when it came time to move out they were just as helpful. I had heard stories of companies keeping deposits for little things. Mike and another employee checked on us, did our walk through, and we recieved our deposit back within 2 weeks. I would easily rent from them again in the future.

Terrible place to rent from. The ladies in the office were always sweet- no complaints there. My problem is upon leaving our rental. We were charged left and right for the stupidest things for example not weeding the flower bed. Our back yard was mainly rock and we get charged for weeds. We also left the propane tank THAT CAME WITH THE HOUSE in the back yard and was charged a fee to have it removed. We got back $300 of our $1100 deposit for stupid charges. Never rent from this place
