Extremely unhappy with their service. Before applying to rent a house, I disclosed issues with my credit (nothing major, just late), and asked very specific questions. They assured me they would confirm my excellent rental history as well as add on my husbands income is needed. All they did was run credit, charge me $36, and deny me. When I called to ask what happened, they passed the buck, and promised it was only a soft hit on my credit. It was a HARD HIT. Their unethical business practices dropped my score immediately. I've been working hard to improve it. I am now working with a new realtor.

Mark Goode has been our property manager for 2 years and we have absolutely LOVED working with him. Everything is always taken care of in a prompt manner, rent is processed efficiently, and I am never worried about whether my house is being taken care of.
