Long waits for call backs, maintenance and just general needs. Reported multiple issues, breaks, leaks and wood rot, most of which were never fixed or addressed after the report. Deck was unsafe to walk on, fence was missing panels upon move in and we're never replaced and we had neighbors dogs in our back yard ofetn as a result. AC didn't work on move in and took four days to have serviced. Bath tub had a hole in it and leaked profusely and was patched after almost a week of being reported. They are happy to take the check come the first of the month though. If you're a home owner, use another management company.
This company will do its best to find a house, apartments, and townhouses for anyone looking. I live in one of there properties and my rent is very reasonable. Especially since I'm disabled and living on a fixed income.
Seems like most people will take their time to rate when something goes wrong but not when its all streamlined and smooth because they are enjoying themselves too much to think about anything else. I'd like to say that everyone's experience will be different, but there are many people with different backgrounds and expectations as what they should expect with a realtor or rental agent. I left Clarksville and PCSD to VA, I can say that This company has treated me great. Also take in consideration the amount of clients they handle vs the ones that come here and gave a poor rating. I can't speak for them but I know I haven't had any issues with the company and I will continue doing business with them.
By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a “professional” environment. We are buying a new contruction and the seller’s agent was Amanda Marquess. Not only did the builder or foreman not show up for the punch list walk through, but I was treated with complete disrespect. From Amanda hitting on my boyfriend right in front of me because he does dishes to her flicking dried bird poop on me while I was holding my child. I will never use her services nor will I use a company that chooses to employ agents of her character. I was mortified and livid. As a first time home buyer, it was an absolutely awful experience. There is so much more as we spent 3 hours today doing this walk through mostly by ourselves because she also had buyers from a nearby property in the house going over specifics for their house. I will not recommend the builder Atkins Homes because he uses her as an agent for his properties.
Mr Travis is awesome and went out of his way to help me get into a rent house that was what I was looking for.
